Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes

Breakfast is transformed with Caitlin from Plant.well, when she creates an easy vegan gluten-free pancake recipe that is flavorful and fluffy. Using a handful of ingredients our 3g net carb Maple Vanilla granola is a tasty topping that makes this recipe nourishing and delicious!

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 2/3 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt



  1. Add all pancake ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat, lightly grease.
  3. Add about 1/3 cup of batter to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sides are slightly bubbly and bottoms are golden. Flip and continue cooking 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve with banana slices, maple syrup and granola!
