Breakfast Cookies

Packed with beneficial nutrients and delicious flavors these vegan breakfast cookies are a must have for on-the-go mornings. Our Extreme Nut and Fruit granola is a tasty addition to this easy recipe!

Included products



  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a bowl, peel and mash the banana. Then, add the peanut butter, sugar, oil, flax egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the granola, oats, baking powder and salt and mix until combined. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Take 2 tbsp amounts of dough and roll into balls, then place 2 inches apart on a baking tray covered in parchment paper.
  5. Top with more chocolate chips, then bake for 10-14 minutes. Enjoy!
