Grain Free Maple Vanilla Energy Bites

These Energy bites are the perfect way to get a healthy great tasting snack into your day! Our friend Emily, Glutenless Apron, created this easy and fun recipe that you can grab on the go. Enjoy this gluten free snack that incorporates our 3g Net Carb Maple Vanilla granola.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bakery On Main 3 Grams Net Carbs Maple Vanilla Granola
  • 1⁄2 cup + 2 tablespoons natural drippy peanut butter
  • 1⁄4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1⁄4 cup packed fine blanched almond flour
  • 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  •  3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until everything is well combined and comes together like cookie dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Using a #40 (medium) cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
