Gluten-Free Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C or 4 individual packets of Bakery on Main Organic Creamy Hot Breakfast in Quinoa Multigrain variety (EDIT 2021: We don’t make that flavor any more, try using our Maple Multi-grain Instant Oatmeal instead)
  • 1/4 C ketchup, plus more for topping
  • 2 T gluten-free Worcestershire
  • 1 T dried onion
  • 1 T dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients well with clean hands
  3. Press into a greased loaf pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
  5. Turn oven to broil
  6. Top the loaf with more ketchup and broil 2-3 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
