1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup Oat Milk*
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
If your peanut butter is on the harder side, heat it in the microwave for a few seconds until it’s creamier.
In a glass, mix together the chia seeds, oat milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla and salt until smooth.
Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight, to set.
Serve with granola, berries and any other toppings of choice!
