Sweet & Savory Granola Pasta

Serves 8

Ingredients 1 lb. gluten-free pasta 1/4 tsp. sea salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1 cup fresh mixed greens such as baby spinach 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 cup Cinnamon Raisin Bakery on Main Granola


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Remove from heat; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients; gently toss to combine.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
