Here at Bakery On Main, we believe in making food that everyone can eat. That’s why all of our products are gluten-free and celiac-friendly made in a certified gluten-free facility.
To make sure our products are gluten-free we follow strict process for gluten testing and use only certified gluten-free oats. In addition, our facility is certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization which does audits to ensure that we follow all guidelines.
What does it mean when we say our products are made with natural flavors? It means that we use oils, essences, and extracts from natural sources like spices, fruits, or plants to create tasty flavors in our products. These real ingredients can be found in nature and do not include artificial preservatives, added colors, synthetic, or GMO’s.
Why use whole grains? Not only do we want to make delicious food, but we want to pack if full of nutrients like protein, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins to help you with a well-balanced diet.
We take allergen control and food safety very seriously. We are confident in our allergen procedures and are committed to providing our consumers with packaging that clearly states all information regarding the top eight allergens. When we share a line or facility, each is cleaned thoroughly between the time we use it to produce one product and the next.
We evaluate each line and if an allergen might be present despite all cleaning efforts, we will include a “MAY CONTAIN” statement on the package.
