Gluten-Free Strawberry Shortcake Breakfast Bars

Since it’s still cold outside, Chandice from This Vivacious Life has brought us a new and creative twist on how to deliciously enjoy your morning oatmeal with these delightful Strawberry Shortcake Bars!
Ingredients
- 2 Bakery on Main Strawberry Shortcake Instant Oatmeal packets
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1/3 C gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 flax egg (1 T flaxmeal + 2.5 T water mixed in a bowl)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Spread in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
- Let cool then enjoy with fresh sliced strawberries on top
