Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Oat Milk*
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt

TOPPINGS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. If your peanut butter is on the harder side, heat it in the microwave for a few seconds until it's creamier.
  2. In a glass, mix together the chia seeds, oat milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla and salt until smooth.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight, to set.
  4. Serve with granola, berries and any other toppings of choice!
