Smoky Chipotle & Peach Meatballs

Our friend Chandice over at GlutenFreeFrenzy.com has been at it again and has brought us this very unique and delicious meatball recipe! These meatballs will give you the perfect flavor fix as the summer begins to wind down. You get to enjoy that summer kick of peach while the chipotle warms you right up from the inside. You also won’t have to feel guilty when you enjoy this delicious recipe because they are made with our new Organic Happy Muesli! Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 C Bakery on Main Organic Happy Muesli
- 2 tsp. gluten-free worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 C ketchup
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
- 3 T sugar
- 2 T coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce (gluten-free), chopped
- 2 T adobo sauce from chilies (gluten-free)
- 2/3 C peach preserves
