Carrot Cake Oatmeal Parfait
· 3/4 cup almond milk · 1 packet Bakery on Main
Carrot Cake Oatmeal · 1/8 tsp. almond extract · 1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt) · 1 tbsp. Cinnamon Raisin Bakery on Main
Granola · 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon · 1/4 tsp. coconut flakes Directions
1) In a small saucepan, add 3/4 cup almond milk and 1 packet of oats. 2) Cook over medium heat until the mixture is thick, approximately 3 minutes. 3) Remove from heat; add almond extract and mix well to combine. Set aside. 4) In a parfait glass or tall jar, layer cooked oats, yogurt and granola. Top with cinnamon and coconut flakes. 5) Serve chilled
