January Recipe Sweet & Savory Granola Pasta

Sweet & Savory Gluten Free Granola Pasta Here is another healthy creation from Amie Valpone to start your year and your resolutions with a bang. This recipe takes the savoriness of pasta and combines it with the sweetness of our very own Cinnamon Raisin Fiber Power Granola! Enjoy and send us some pictures!
Serves 8
Ingredients
- 1 lb. gluten-free pasta
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh mixed greens such as baby spinach
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup Cinnamon Raisin Bakery on Main Granola
Directions
1) Cook pasta according to package directions. Remove from heat; set aside. 2) In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients; gently toss to combine. 3) Serve warm or at room temperature.
