INGREDIENTS:

3 large pears ripe , thinly sliced

¾ cup brown sugar divided (plus more for sprinkling on top)

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup Bakery On Main Quick Oats

¼ Tablespoon cinnamon

¼ Tablespoon allspice

½ Tablespoon salt

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

½ cup vegan butter melted
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking 8x8 dish.

Place the sliced pears in the prepared baking dish and mix in ¼ of the brown sugar

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, allspice, cinnamon, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until well-combined.

Spoon the oat mixture onto the pears and spread evenly. Sprinkle with more brown sugar (optional).

Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Check to see if the pears are tender, if they’re not yet, bake for another 10 minutes.
