Cookies for breakfast!

Hi all! So how many of you have been on Pinterest and said to yourself "ooooo I could make that" and then find out the recipe has 12 ingredients (that you wouldn't normally have sitting around) and, takes two hours to prep and make! This has happened to me on more than one occasion and I always add it to the "Put it off for another day list" Yesterday I found the easiest recipe ever! Only TWO ingredients , and I had both of them sitting in my kitchen. (insert woo hoo here) It was a recipe posted by Lauren of The Burlap Bag for the now famous Two Ingredient Cookies! Feel free to eat these as breakfast, a snack or even dessert! I used 1 Large Banana and a packet of Bakery On Main's Strawberry Instant Oatmeal (feel free to use any of our flavors!) and mixed them in a bowl to get a good mixture. 

Then lay them on baking sheet Bake for 15 minutes at 350° F and ta-da!! Feel free to add other simple ingredients such as:

  • Chocolate Chips
  • Coconut
  • Chopped Nuts
