Michael started in the natural foods industry in 1991, opening his first natural food store Garden of Light Natural Foods in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Michael is a natural food and medicine enthusiast who believes that natural, organic food as well as herbal medicine can make a difference in one's quality of life. Those are the beliefs that drive Bakery On Main to make some of the best tasting gluten free products on the market today.
Melissa Carducci-Brooks, Operations Manager
Melissa is the operations manager for Bakery On Main. She has held positions in the retail and wholesale bakery business and manages production at the Bakery On Main plant. She is certified in Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety and HAACP by the American Institute of Baking.
